Northern Luzon

Cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced in the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light rains are expected in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Apayao and Kalinga due to the North Wind.

Weak to moderate winds from the East to the Southeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and the Province of Aurora. Beaches will have light to moderate swells.

National Capital Region

Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora) and CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with scattered showers or thunderstorms.

Light to strong winds blowing from Northeast to East prevail and coastal waters along these areas are moderate to rough.

Southern Luzon

Expect partly cloudy skies with scattered showers or thunderstorms over Bicol, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon areas. Moderate to strong winds from East to Northeast will prevail, moderate to rough seas.

Visayas

All of Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with isolated showers or thunderstorms due to Easter/local thunderstorms

Moderate to strong winds from East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms due to Easter. Flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate and sometimes heavy rain.

The rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy, with isolated showers or thunderstorms due to Easter/Local Storms. Moderate to strong winds from East to Northeast, moderate to rough seas (1.2 – 2.8 m) prevail in the Eastern region. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from east to north-east and light to moderate coastal waters (0.6 to 2.5 metres).
