Northern Luzon

Partly cloudy to cloudy weather with scattered light rain is expected in Batanes and Babuyan islands due to the North Wind. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected over the rest of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Kalinga, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora , Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan due to Easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

Weak to strong winds from the East to the Northeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and the Province of Aurora. Beaches will be mild to rough.

National Capital Region

Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora) and CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with scattered showers.

Light to moderate winds blowing from Northeast to East prevail, coastal waters along these areas are light to moderate.

Southern Luzon

Partly cloudy skies with scattered showers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon. Moderate to strong winds blowing from East to Northeast will prevail along these areas, with rough seas.

Visayas

Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms due to Easter.

The rest of Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro are expected to have cloudy skies with showers and/or thunderstorms due to Easter/local thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from East Northeast will prevail in the Eastern part of Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of the Visayas, Palawan including the Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro. Rough sea.

Mindanao

CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga del Norte will have cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms due to Easter. The rest of Mindanao will have scattered to partly cloudy skies, with isolated showers or thunderstorms due to Easter/Local Storms.

Moderate to strong winds from the east to northeast with moderate to rough sea levels (1.2 to 2.8 meters) will prevail in the eastern parts of Mindanao. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from the northeast and coastal waters will be light to moderate (0.6 to 2.5 metres).
