Northern Luzon

Expect overcast skies and light rainfall in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Aurora provinces. Meanwhile, areas like Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, and Benguet will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light showers due to the North Wind. 

The Northeast will bring moderate to strong winds in Northern Luzon and Aurora, resulting in moderate to rough beach conditions.

National Capital Region

Expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with sporadic light rains in Metro Manila, Central Luzon (excluding Aurora), and CALABARZON. 

Winds ranging from light to occasionally strong will originate from the northeast, affecting coastal waters in these regions, varying between slight and occasionally rough conditions.

Southern Luzon

The Bicol region and Northern Samar will encounter cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Expect moderate to strong winds from the Northeast, resulting in moderate to rough seas in these areas.

Visayas

Aklan and Capiz can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by a Shear Line. The rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies or Localized Thunderstorms. Palawan, including the Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong Northeast winds will dominate Eastern Visayas, Palawan (including Kalayaan Islands), and Occidental Mindoro, leading to moderate to rough seas. Meanwhile, the rest of Visayas will experience light to moderate Northeast winds resulting in slight to moderate seas.

Mindanao

Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies/Localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from northeast with slight to moderate seas.
