Northern Luzon

Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced in the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to the North Wind.

Moderate to Strong winds from the Northeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and the Province of Aurora. Beaches will be moderate to rough.

National Capital Region

Metro Manila, Central Luzon(except Aurora), and CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail, and the coastal waters will be slight to occasionally rough.

Southern Luzon

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region, and Northern Samar. While, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail along these areas, with moderate to rough seas.

Visayas

Eastern Visayas, Aklan and Capiz will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to Shear Line/Easterlies. The rest of Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from Northeast will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.

Mindanao

Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies/Localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from northeast with slight to moderate seas.
