Northern Luzon

Shear line affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and the rest of Visayas.

Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, and Aurora will encounter overcast conditions accompanied by gentle rainfall. Similarly, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, and Benguet can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light showers due to the influence of the North Wind.

In Northern Luzon and the Province of Aurora, moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail, resulting in moderate to rough conditions along the beaches.

National Capital Region

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are anticipated in Metro Manila, Central Luzon (excluding Aurora), and CALABARZON.

Northeast-bound moderate to occasionally strong winds will dominate, causing coastal waters in these regions to be moderately to occasionally rough.

Southern Luzon

 Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Samar.  Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Bicol region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Strong winds coming from the Northeast will prevail with rough seas.

Visayas

Central Visayas and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Shear Line.

Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Strong winds from Northeast will prevail over the Visayas with rough seas. Moderate to strong winds from Northeast will prevail over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Davao Region are expected to have overcast skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Risk of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rainfall. The remaining areas in

Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to partly cloudy conditions with isolated showers or thunderstorms due to Linear or Localized Storms. The eastern part of Mindanao will be influenced by strong northeast winds, resulting in rough coastal sea levels of 2.8 to 4.0 meters. Meanwhile, in other areas, moderate to strong Northeast winds will prevail, leading to seas ranging from 1.2 to 3.7 m high.
