Northern Luzon

Shear line affecting the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Expect cloudy skies and light rain in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet and Aurora. Additionally, the sky will be partly cloudy to partly cloudy with scattered light rain in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to the influence of the North Wind.

Moderate to strong winds originating from the Northeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and Aurora province. Coastal areas are likely to experience moderate to very rough seas.

National Capital Region

Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora), and CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Southern Luzon

Cloudy skies with light rain in Bicol, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon regions. Moderate to strong winds are expected from the Northeast, leading to moderate to rough seas.

Visayas

Southern Leyte will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Shear Line.

The rest of Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong winds from Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Cloudy skies accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms in Caraga Region, Northern Mindanao and Davao Region caused by the Cutline.

The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy conditions with scattered showers or thunderstorms, due to Localized Shears and Storms. Strong winds from the northeast will dominate the eastern part of Mindanao, leading to rough coastal waters. In the remaining areas, moderate to strong northeast winds are forecast, leading to moderate to very strong seas.
