Northern Luzon

Cloudy, overcast skies with light rain are forecast for Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet and Aurora. In Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan, expect partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with scattered light rain due to the influence of the North Wind.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will dominate Northern Luzon and Aurora province, causing strong winds and high waves in coastal areas.

National Capital Region

Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora) and CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with scattered light rain.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast prevail. Coastal waters have strong winds and rough seas.

Southern Luzon

Cloudy skies with light rain are forecast in the Camarines Norte, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque areas.

The rest of Bicol and Romblon have moderate clouds with scattered showers. Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast prevail and coastal waters are moderate to rough.

Visayas

Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.
The rest of Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong winds from Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Cloudy skies are forecast for Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region, accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. The rest of Mindanao will have scattered to partly cloudy with isolated showers or thunderstorms, influenced by the Shear and Localized Storms.

Strong northeast winds will dominate the eastern part of Mindanao, making coastal waters rough. In other areas, moderate to strong winds are expected from the northeast, leading to moderate to rough seas.
