Northern Luzon

Cloudy skies and rain are expected in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora provinces, with cloudy skies and light rain forecast in Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao and Kalinga while Cloudy to partly cloudy weather with scattered light rain in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to North Winds.

National Capital Region

Cloudy skies with scattered showers or thunderstorms will occur in Quezon.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora) and the rest of CALABARZON will have cloudy skies with scattered showers.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast prevail, with strong seas.

Southern Luzon

Cloudy skies, risk of rain appears in Camarines Norte. Cloudy skies and scattered showers are expected over the rest of the Bicol region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon. Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail, causing rough seas.

Visayas

The whole Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast with moderate to rough seas.
