Northern Luzon

Local Weather Situation: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon

Cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao and Aurora while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light rains. -rain in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra and Benguet due to the North Wind.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and the Province of Aurora. Beaches will be moderate to very rough.

National Capital Region

Weather Situation: Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora), and CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to occasionally rough.

Southern Luzon

SYNOPSIS: Shear Line affecting Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in Bicol, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon. Moderate to strong winds from the North-West will be moderate to rough seas.

Visayas

Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and Negros Occidental will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and/or thunderstorms due to Shearline. The rest of Western Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and/or thunderstorms due to Shear Line / Localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast to North will prevail over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

Mindanao

Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from the northeast to north will prevail over the eastern section of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.
