Northern Luzon

Local Weather Situation: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Forecast: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light rains are expected in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to the North Wind. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered showers or thunderstorms will be experienced in Aurora province due to Easterlies/Local thunderstorms

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail in Northern Luzon and from the Northeast to the North in Aurora Province. Beaches will be moderate to rough.

National Capital Region

Weather Situation: Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora), and CALABARZON will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.

Southern Luzon

Forecast: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Northern Samar. Moderate to strong winds coming from Northeast will prevail with moderate to rough seas.

Visayas

Forecast: The whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies /Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from Northeast will prevail over rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.

Mindanao

Forecast: Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to north prevails on the eastern section of Mindanao with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 3.0 meters). Elsewhere, Light to moderate winds from northeast with slight to moderate seas  (0.5 to 2.5 meters).
